Conversion Support
After many months in the works, The Bank of Orrick (TBO) is now TBO Bank! In an effort to make the transition more manageable, we have rolled out changes in phases. As a result, most actions required on your part have likely already been completed.
As we embark on this new journey together, we are still here to provide support and answer any questions that you may have.

Bill Payments
If you had bill payments set up in the previous Online Bill Pay system, you will need to recreate them in the new system. This information was not automatically carried over, but you can manage your automatic bill payments here.
Recurring Transfers
Any recurring transfers will also need to be recreated in the new system. They will not continue to process automatically. The only transactions that will continue to process are automatic debits established using your account number and routing number. Those numbers are still the same so payments will not be affected.
Debit Cards
You should have received your new TBO Bank debit card and PIN in two separate mailings. If you have not yet activated your new TBO Bank debit card, you can do so by following the instructions included in the mailing or by calling 888-227-3096. As of Monday, October 7 at 12:00am, your old Bank of Orrick debit card is no longer active.
With your new, chip-enabled debit card, you gain additional security benefits, increased fraud protection, as well as access to features like Tap-to-Pay and Digital Wallet.
